About ANZCHOG

The Australian and New Zealand Children’s Haematology/Oncology Group (ANZCHOG) is the leading body representing the interests of children and adolescents with cancer or blood disorders, and their families.

ANZCHOG is an independent non-profit organisation with a multi-disciplinary membership.  The group is involved in clinical trials, national and international, clinical and laboratory based research and holds workshops, seminars and an annual scientific meeting.

Mission
To improve outcomes for children and adolescents with cancer or blood disorders through:
  • Quality research, and best practice and innovation in paediatric cancer clinical trials
  • Education and advancement of knowledge in all aspects of care and treatment
  • Advocacy and leadership in the field of childhood and adolescent blood diseases and cancer
